When one plans not to do anything over the weekend, it does not mean that the body can act up with a dripping nose nor increase its temperature yet again. Perhaps it is not used to not doing anything…perhaps the body is sending a signal that hectic September is only two days away. Seems that for the past two years end of Aug / early September is the season to be sick. So, should one not plan not to do anything (aka hibernation mode) or make a slight change to schedule or listen to the body and just let it heal on its own?
